Terms and conditions
These terms apply to your use of the PAIN RELIEF website. By using the site you accept them. Last reviewed 30 October 2026.
1. About us
This website is operated by PAIN RELIEF Pharmacy, PAIN RELIEF Pharmacy, Unit 4, Kingsway House, 210 Kingsway, London WC2B 6AA. We are a registered pharmacy in England, regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council. You can contact us on 020 7946 0958 or at care@painrelief.co.uk.
2. Information only — no supply
The content of this website is provided for general information. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription or an offer to supply any medicine. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer capable of acceptance to sell a medicine.
All medicines described on this site are prescription-only medicines in the United Kingdom, and several are controlled drugs. They are dispensed only against a valid prescription issued by a UK prescriber, following a clinical assessment by our pharmacist. We do not sell prescription-only medicines online.
3. Medical emergencies
This website is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is seriously unwell, call 999. For urgent advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111. Do not delay seeking medical help because of something you have read here.
4. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep medicine information accurate and up to date, and to reflect UK licensing and current clinical guidance. Medicine information does change, and the approved patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine — or advice from your prescriber or pharmacist — always takes precedence over this website.
5. Prescriptions and dispensing
- Prescriptions must be valid, correctly completed and within their legal validity period.
- We may decline to dispense where a prescription is incomplete, appears altered, or where we cannot satisfy legal requirements.
- Controlled drugs require identity checks and cannot be dispensed earlier than the prescriber specifies.
- We may need to contact your prescriber before dispensing, which can delay supply.
6. Registration
Registering as a patient does not create a prescription, guarantee supply of any medicine, or establish a clinical relationship beyond the services we provide as a dispensing pharmacy. You are responsible for keeping your details accurate.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and depend on Royal Mail and on prescriptions reaching us in good time. Risk in dispatched goods passes to you on delivery. Controlled drugs require a signature and will not be left unattended. We do not deliver outside the United Kingdom.
8. Returns
For safety and legal reasons, medicines cannot be returned for credit or resale once they have left the pharmacy. If something is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 28 days and we will put it right. Unwanted medicines can be returned to us for safe disposal at no cost.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
10. Intellectual property
The design, text and layout of this site belong to PAIN RELIEF Pharmacy. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, provided nothing is altered and the source is acknowledged.
11. Complaints and regulation
We welcome complaints — they improve care. Contact us first and we will respond within five working days. If you remain dissatisfied you can complain to the General Pharmaceutical Council, and in relation to NHS services, to NHS England.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
