Pharmacy services

Six services, one standard of care.

We are a full community pharmacy, not a website. Everything below is delivered by registered pharmacists, with the paperwork and record-keeping that proper clinical care requires.

Service 01

NHS prescription dispensing

We dispense NHS prescriptions sent electronically through the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS).

Nominate us through your GP surgery or the NHS App and your prescriptions arrive with us automatically. We check each item clinically, dispense it, and contact you if anything needs clarifying with your prescriber.

  • Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) nominations
  • Clinical screening of every item by a pharmacist
  • Text notification when your prescription is ready
Service 02

Private prescriptions

Private prescriptions from UK prescribers dispensed quickly, with clear pricing.

We dispense private prescriptions from GMC-registered doctors, specialist clinics and independent prescribers. We will always confirm the total cost before dispensing, including any prescription and delivery charges.

  • Private prescriptions from UK-registered prescribers
  • Cost confirmed before dispensing
  • Itemised receipt for insurance claims
Service 03

Repeat prescriptions

Order repeat items online or by phone, with automatic reminders before you run out.

We hold your repeat list, remind you a week before you are due, and request your next supply from your GP surgery for you. You stay in control of what is ordered and when.

  • Reminders before you run out
  • We request the authorisation from your GP
  • Annual medication review with your pharmacist
Service 04

Controlled drug dispensing

Careful, compliant handling of Schedule 2 and 3 medicines against valid prescriptions.

Controlled drugs are dispensed only against a valid prescription from a UK prescriber, within the legal validity period, and with identity confirmed where required. Our pharmacists will always explain safe storage, disposal and the risks of dependence.

  • Schedule 2 and 3 handling and record-keeping
  • Identity and prescription validation
  • Safe disposal of unused medicines
Service 05

Medicines reviews

Structured reviews of what you take, why you take it and whether it still helps.

A pharmacist review looks at everything you take — prescribed, over the counter and herbal — for interactions, side effects and whether each medicine is still doing its job. We then write to your GP with recommendations where appropriate.

  • Full medication review with a pharmacist
  • Side-effect and interaction checks
  • Written summary for your GP
Service 06

Delivery & safe disposal

Free tracked UK delivery, plus safe disposal of medicines you no longer need.

Prescriptions are packed discreetly and sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, free of charge. Items requiring cold storage travel in insulated packaging. We also accept unwanted or out-of-date medicines for safe destruction.

  • Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery
  • Temperature-controlled packaging where needed
  • Free disposal of unused medicines

One thing we cannot do

We cannot sell prescription-only medicines online.

UK law requires that prescription-only medicines, and especially controlled drugs, are dispensed only against a valid prescription following a clinical assessment. There is no faster route, and any pharmacy offering one is breaking the law.
